Personality:

Currently, Kimimaro lacks any real personality. He is very quiet, not even speaking when close to dying. His brain structure ahs been changed so many times, he doesnt retain any of his former personality or likes/dislikes, though, sometimes his old self resurfaces. Since Ashleis experiments on him, he follows orders without thought, doing whatever is asked, no matter how recklessly. Apparently, his brain has been altered to he cannot go against Ashleis control, which makes him an extremely straight-forward person.

He skips small-talk in battle, and immediately attacks, as he doesnt talk to anyone. Kimimaro also doesnt stop and wait for his opponent to say something in battle, which acts as not only a surprise factor, but makes him that much more deadly. He prefers to just attack and attack, wanting to finish whatever mission he was given as fast as possible, as he thinks that is what would make Ashlei happy.

Kimimaro will do whatever Ashlei orders him to do, without remorse and without regret. He will do what it takes to it the job done, no matter what that entails. He is also willing to die for Ashlei, either it be fighting an opponent for her, or jumping in the way of an attack on her. While he doesnt actually have passion for her, he does treat her as a god, serving her no matter what happens to either one of them. 

When he was a Hollow, he possessed a personality similar to that of Wonderweiss. He sometimes acted like he was a dog, chasing his tail around, and his mind had little to no experience, so he was always surprised by new objects and people. If not commanded to attack by Ashlei or a superior, he would even go up to enemies and start checking them out, just out of curiosity,

Before Ashlei destroyed his personality, he was a quiet fellow, preferring to think than talk. However, when he DID speak, he said what truly mattered and spoke wisely for his age. As a human, he was quite arrogant, referring to others as "garbage that needs cleaning", though he still fought fairly. He was also well known for his charisma, drawing fans and friends alike to himself like moths to a candle. However, now he is usually considered to be almost nothing in the eyes of other people.

Due to experiencing both death and revival, which didn't take use of his old body, Kimimaro has seemingly regained some of his old personality since he officially returned to the world. A good portion of the apathy and absolute loyalty placed into his personality artificially has crumbled away, revealing some of his old self. This essentially means he isn't nearly as robotic as he used to be, and actually questions existence and his purpose in life instead of just being a mindless drone. Not only that, but he is also far more sociable than before, though not in the same way a normal human may be; instead, he is sociable in that he is actually willing and able to interact with other people in general, whether it be for the good or not. He also understands jokes again, something which surprises even him. Also, because he questions his own existence, he has been attempting to forge his own path instead of just being unquestionably loyal to Ashlei or anyone else for that matter, and wants to be able to achieve something before he dies again.

Kimimaro was characterized by his pale skin, vivid green eyes, masculine facial features, two dots on his forehead, and shoulder-length white hair, which he wore divided down the middle on his head (distinguished by an atypical 'zigzag' hair parting) with two separate partings on either side of his face. As a child, Kimimaro's hair is longer, which is tied in a loose pony-tail near the middle of his back, though the initial style was very similar to his later one. He had two dots on his forehead, a symbol of his clan.

Kimimaro wore a specialized version of the traditional Oto-nin ensemble, consisting of a light lavender, loose-fitting, long-sleeved, zip-up shirt, black pants cut off around mid-calf, bandages wrapped around his ankles, traditional shinobi sandals, and a purple, rope-like belt tied in an inverted bow around his waist. He also wore two red, tube-like hair ornaments; one on either side of his head, securing two locks of his silvery-white hair. Is his sealed state, he has a mark on the base of his neck, resembling that of a Wind Turbine, with 3 blades spinning to the right.

Bone Appearance:

Due to his specific powers and the fact that he was an experiment of Ashlei's, he no longer has a "Mask" remnant, as the bones are his entire body.

ZANPAKUTÔ

Sealed Zanpakutô:



Kimimaros Zanpakutō is actually all the bones in his body he can manipulate. However, the main form sword-type weapon he uses is arm-sword, which is made of bone, and is about 60 centimeters long, the length of a long Wakizashi. The "handle" isn'tso much a handle, as it is the area where the bone would meet his shoulder. Its tip is extremely sharp, and its edges are cut sharp as well. The primarily bone sword Kimimaro uses is bone white, which is the same color as all of his bones and even his spiritual energy and pressure. Because his Zanpakutō is all-encompassing as far as use goes, it isn't restrained by the basic limits of normal Zanpakutō, and as such is highly versatile when used appropriately.

Racial Abilities:

Bala (虚弾 (バラ), bara; Spanish for "Bullet," Japanese for "Hollow Bullet") Bala is an Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Stronger Arrancar can also fire a more powerful Bala, while retaining its twenty-fold speed. Kimimaros Bala is a whitish-tan, and is appropriately powerful considering his immense level of spiritual power. Though rarely used, they can pack quite a bit of destructive force behind them when used by Kimimaro, and are primarily used for surprise attacks.

Cero (虚閃 (セロ), sero; Spanish for "Zero," Japanese for "Hollow Flash," "Doom Blast" in the Viz translation) are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only Gillians, Adjuchas, Arrancar, and the Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently. Various Arrancar and Hollow characters display variants of the technique, such as the Espada-exclusive Gran Rey Cero, the Cero Oscuras that Ulquiorra Cifer can use only in his released form, as well as the Cero Sincrético performed by Pesche Guatiche and Dondochakka Birstanne. Kimimaro's Cero is rather powerful, though not specifically so, and can cause quite a bit of damage on a massive scale. Due to the nature of Kimimaro's Zanpakutō, he can charge and fire a Cero from any point on his body, and from the tips of pieces of bone he removes from his body.

Gran Rey Cero (王虚の閃光 (グラン・レイ・セロ), guran rei sero; Spanish for "Grand King Zero", Japanese for "Royal Hollow Flash") is a Cero that only Espada are capable of using. It is performed by mixing an Espada's own blood with the Cero. The result is a Cero with a much greater attack power and speed as well as a change of color unique to the Espada. It is also many times more powerful than a normal Cero, capable of disturbing the fabric of space, it also seems to spin like a razor upon release as it compresses and decompresses due to the sheer speed and raw power. It is a drastically potent Cero, used only by the Espada themselves. As an ex-Espada, as well as a powerful Arrancar, Kimimaro has access to this very powerful Cero, and is able to cause a tremendous amount of destruction with just a single use of this technique.

Cero Oscuras (黒虚閃 (セロ・オスキュラス), sero osukyurasu; Spanish for "Dark Zero," Japanese for "Black Hollow Flash") or more grammatically correct Cero Oscuro, is a black Cero used by Ulquiorra Cifer in his Resurrección form. He also compares it to Ichigo's black Getsuga Tenshō. It covers any exposed light into pitch darkness. Though the only Espada shown to utilize this technique so far, Ulquiorra told Ichigo that, "This is an Espada's fully powered Black Cero." Ulquiorra also referred to it as "our Cero." The Cero Oscuras' range is vast, and its attack power is massive. It is powerful enough to shatter Ichigo Kurosaki's entire Hollow mask and critically injure him in the process. It is strong enough to destroy half of the dome over Las Noches. The superior Cero Oscuras is far greater than even the Gran Rey Cero. Kimimaro's Cero Oscuras is pitch black, which a bit of white on the edges of it, and is so powerful it can eliminate multiple captain-level opponents in a single shot. It is also absolutely gigantic and appears to envelop and destroy anything and everything it touches.

Garganta (黒腔 (ガルガンタ), garuganta; Spanish for "Throat," Japanese for "Black Cavity") is how Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. Kaname Tōsen, Kisuke Urahara and Mayuri Kurotsuchi have also demonstrated the ability to use the technique. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

Hierro (鋼皮 (イエロ), iero; Spanish for "Iron," Japanese for "Steel Skin") refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar generally have proportionally stronger skin than usual. Kimimaros main attribute is his Hierro, as it is considered to be one of the strongest in existance. He can also increase the density and durability of his Hierro at will. Without attempting to increase the durability of his Hierro' Kimimaro's steel skin is very difficult to even slightly damage, and is particularly resistant to bladed weapons and attempts to cut him in general, meaning the most a blade would do is blunt damage, but even then it is nigh-impossible to damage him without overwhelming force. By increasing the thickness and density of his Hierro, as he does with his bones, Kimimaro can become that much more difficult to injure, and when combined with his bone-based defenses, possesses one of the most durable defenses in existence. He has been known to casually swat away high level Kidō and attacks without budging an inch and without his hands being injured.

Negación (反膜 (ネガシオン), negashion; Spanish for "Negation," Japanese for "Anti-Membrane") are energy fields are used to rescue fellow Hollows. Only the Gillian-class Menos have shown the ability to use it. Negación fields surround a target in a square beam of light that isolates the target from the dimension they are currently in, making it impossible to harm them. The field then pulls the target towards the Menos that created the field. Espada have a special cube-shaped device called Caja Negación (反膜の匪 (カハ・ネガシオン), kaha negashion; Spanish for "Negation Box," Japanese for "Anti-Membrane of Negation") meant to simulate Negación fields, which are used to punish their subordinates if necessary. The cube, when used on a subject, traps them in an alternate dimension from which there is no escape; however, this assumes it is being used as intended. More powerful Arrancar, namely the Espada themselves, can escape given enough time.

Pesquisa [/b](探査回路 (ペスキサ), pesukisa; Spanish for "Inquiry," Japanese for "Probe Circuit") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions very similarly to sonar. Kimimaro can sense beings from quite far away, and is able to sense even miniscule amounts of Spiritual Power.

Resurrección (帰刃 (レスレクシオン), resurekushion; Spanish for "Resurrection," Japanese for "Returning Blade") Most Arrancar have the ability to seal their power within a Zanpakutō. Upon releasing their Zanpakutō, they gain all of their former unique Hollow abilities back, essentially 'resurrecting' their old selves. When using this ability, they essentially combine their human form and their Hollow form, incidentally increasing their power considerably. As another note, when an Arrancar uses his or her Resurrección, it heals all minor wounds.

Sonído (響転 (ソニード), sonīdo; Spanish for "Sound," Japanese for "Sound Ceremony") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Flash Steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound caused by Flash Steps. Kimimaro is particularly gifted in Sonido, as he is a very fast fighter.

Extensive Reitsu: As a Vasto Lorde Arrancar, Kimimaros Reitsu is quite large, much larger than any other type of Arrancar, even dwarfing that of Adjuchas-level Arrancar. Vasto Lorde Hollows, not changed into Arrancar, can even provide difficulty for low-level captains and even experienced lieutenants, which means as an Arrancar, his power is even more immense. He is especially strong, even for other Vasto lorde-level Arrancar, as he was experimented on by Ashlei Clixx, but do to his massive Reitsu pool, he has trouble controlling it and himself on occasion. After further growth, Kimimaro has really made it to a level fitting of Vasto Lorde level Arrancar. His spiritual pressure is enough to easily put captains to shame, and is refined and controlled.

Taijutsu Expert: Due to his natural, human life and his Vasto Lorde Arrancar-level, he is largely proficient in Close-Quarters Combat. While alive, he was a prodigy and master in Jujutsu, Judo, and Aikido, surpassing even world-renown Martial Artist experts. As a Vasto Lorde, his combat relies heavily on fighting in close to medium range, albeit he can launch various bones at enemies from afar. His main fighting style revolves around spinning while slashing and striking from every point of his body, and also using his bones for defense by growing them out of his body in the area he is about to get hit, blocking and even striking back if the bones are sharp.

Shikotsumyaku: The main capabilities of Shikotsumyaku is allowing the user to manipulate the speed of their bones' growth as well as the location of calcium deposits. This allows them to create weapons of bones that can either protrude from any part of the body, or pulled out and used like hand held weapons. They can even fire pieces of their bones as long-ranged projectiles. Any bone that they remove from the body immediately regenerates, as does the skin that is damaged when the bones are removed. Users can increase the density of the created bones, making them much stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes their bodies virtually indestructible; the bones can withstand even a Reitsu-infused blade, which is usually enough to cut through anything.

From what the only known user of this ability, Kimimaro, has shown, most of the techniques are named after flowers. Most of them are also taijutsu-based sword dances, which are used for close combat and defence. However, as Kimimaro demonstrated, the bones can also grow quite a large volume, and likely grow from each other. He has shown such growing capability, as being able to make hundreds, even thousands of tree-sized bones. After becoming an Arrancar, he developed the ability to extend and grow a bone AFTER shooting it or throwing it, or even dropping it. He does this by channeling Reitsu through the bone, and then using his bone growth from far away. Kimimaro's level of bone growth and control is so unfathomably incredible he has an extremely durable layer of bone directly underneath his skin across his entire body; yes, every square inch of his body is reinforced by his harder-than-steel bone, which acts as a second layer of skin, thus reinforcing his already incredible durability as well as his Hierro.

Extreme Durability: By manipulating the density of his own bones, Kimimaros overall durability can increase massively. Normally, his bones are harder than even the strongest metal alloy, but he can increase their density to levels stronger than even Hierro. He can also create layers of bone just beneath his skin, increasing his defense even farther. His skin is also as hard as bone, which means his defense and durability are through the roof. As an Arrancar that gave up regeneration for iron skin, his Hierro is added onto his already-immense durability. Through all of this, he doesnt not retain a high defense against energy-based attacks though. Kimimaro maintains a constant durable layer of bone beneath his skin across his entire body, covering every square inch. This makes him virtually indestructible, as even the strongest of attacks will only tear away his skin and not this armor of bone.

High-Speed Movement: Kimimaros speed is unprecedented by Arrancar. He can move so fast, he doesnt even appear to be a blur. As an experiment of Ashlei Clixx, he possesses abnormal speed, even for a Vasto lorde-level Arrancar. His speed is primarily used in addition to his fighting style, making his attacks extremely fast, rivaling that of captains. He is also so fast, he can spin faster than even drills, and use his speed to drill straight through even steel and diamond. 

Expert Swordman: Kimimaro is very skilled in swordsmanship, as even as a human, he was a prodigy in this regard as well. Even though he specializes in wielding a sword with one hand, he has also been known to utilize Kendo when fighting, adding major strength and power to his attacks. He does not waste movements, striking at the exact and perfect time, which shows his masterful swordsmanship. Ashlei Clixx increased his reaction time, and overall reflexes with her experiments, making him a much more potent swordsman. He can easily adapt to using any sized blades, varying from blades as long as his leg, to blades shorter than his arm.

Expert Whip User: Kimimaro is also very skilled in using whips, being able to manipulate them to an extreme extent. he is able to make a whip rap around objects and people, and even use a whip like a bullwhip, breaking the sound barrier just by whipping. By pulling his spine out, he can use it as a whip, but can easily adapt to other types of whips. He can also utilize a whips length by being able to even strike with the very tip of the whip.

Balas Dedo: Kimimaro can force small, drill-like bones through his finger tips, and shoot them at enemies. He can send a maximum of 10 at once, as he only has 10 fingers. The bones move through the air extremely quickly, and have a large amount of impact and penetration force, as they constantly spin like drills. He can continuously shoot these bones, as he can infinitely regenerate bones. These bone drills are powerful enough to shatter many defenses, and are also next to impossible to break, which further increases their destructive force. A single bone hitting the ground is enough to create a large crater in the ground and sent dirt flying in every direction.

Will to Serve: This is perhaps Kimimaros most frightening attribute in his entire arsenal of fighting. Due to his mechanical, and mindless fighting, he possesses a "Steel Will", so to speak, as he is willing to keep fighting until his very last moment of existence. If he is so told to, he would fighting until he is chopped into little bits, and even if he is bifurcated, he would still try to fight his foes, much to the dismay of anyone he is fighting. This means even in overwhelming odds, he would still fight to the death. Though, by many, this would be considered recklessness.

Extremely High Pain Threshold: Due to his mechanical-like mind, and his destroyed nerves as well as his extremely dense bones and Hierro, he has an extremely high pain threshold. This means it takes a LOT of damage for him to even start feeling pain, and it is almost impossible to knock him unconscious from pain alone. He also tends to just ignore any pain he does feel, as he fights no matter how much pain he is in. This is mostly due to the experiments Ashlei did on him. The main problem with this is, he would keep fighting when he is highly damaged, and end up killing himself, as he wouldnt pay attention to his wounds.

Out of Control: If he is not given an order by one of his leaders, and he is in a fight, there is a relatively large possibility of him losing control. This is mainly because if his mechanical-like brain, and the fact that he ha been experimented on so much that he is beyond recognition. This means in battle, or even out of battle, he just goes insane and starts attacking like a psyco path, not paying attention to any openings he creates.

Bone Cero (Antebrazo Cero, meaning Forearm Cero): This is the signature Cero for the Arrancar known as Kimimaro Kaguya, and as such, can only be used by himself. This technique mixes both a powerful energy attack, and a powerful physical attack. By creating any type of Cero (Gran Rey and Oscuras included) he can insert his Radius bone into the charging Cero in just a second or two. The bone immediately regenerates in Kimimaros body, so he can do this any time. After the Radius is inserted into the Cero, the Cero itself is fired at whatever Kimimaro desires. When the Cero its a person/object/location, the bone extrudes sharp razor-like blades. The blades then fire off in every direction, adding powerful, high-speed bone fragments to the energy attack, thus the physical/energy combination.

RESSERECCION

Resereccion Name: Alerce Danza (Larch Dance)

Resereccion Release Phrase: "Bloom, Alerce Danza"

Release Actions: After saying the phrase, whitish-tan energy begins to swirl around Kimimaro, creating a vortex of sorts. While is this vortex, bones begin to grow and extend from every major bone in his body, and push out through his skin. This includes his ribs, and many other parts of his body.

Resereccion Appearance:



There are very few basic changes between Kimimaros Ressureccion and his Sealed state. The main one being all of the bones now sticking out of his body. His bones have now grown out of and extended from his normal bones, and have pushed straight through his skin. His main bones are his rib cage, which is now completely forced through his chest, and also the massive bones as thick and long as his arms, sticking out of his back. He also has many bones stcking out from each arm, as well as sharp extensions of his collar bone. These bones are extremely sharp, able to tear apart a persons body quite easily. He also gains a katana-like bone sword with other bones sticking out of the length of the blade, giving it an almost serrated edge.

Resereccion Abilities:

Increased Durability: Even though his durability is normally very high, in his Ressureccion form, it gets a major increase. He gains many layers of super-dense bone beneath his skin, augmenting his already ludicrously high defense capabilities. He can also cover his skin in bone, which would provide another layer of defense. His main weakness would have to be energy attacks, as his bones can be worn down and burnt easier by spiritual power based attacks, than physical attacks. However, being more easily damaged by energy than physical attacks doesn't mean much as even the most powerful of physical attackers would find their weapons or fists doing essentially nothing to him in combat, and because there isn't a major difference between what he takes damage from, energy attacks are still extremely unlikely to do much damage to his body. If an opponent isn't strong enough, they are likely to damage themselves by attacking him; a swordsman's hands would be damaged severely, and a close-quarters combat fighter would very, very likely break their hands, feet, wrists, arms, and legs during combat with him. That is, if the bones sticking out of his body don't stab them first.

Dance of the Larch: Kimimaro uses his bone control and growth to create a mass of razor-sharp bone spikes all over his body. These spines appear to be branches off his preexisting skeletal structure rather than complete new bones. Kimimaro is even able to grow these bones at an extremely rapid rate so they can stab an opponent even as they are growing. He can also use them to block or trap an opponent's strikes. In addition to being an unwelcome surprise for opponents, it makes him basically untouchable at close range. However, this leaves him open to long-range attacks, such as Cero and a Quincy bow. The opening only considers this single dance which, in reality, is what makes up his Ressureccion itself, and so it is always active. This means it doesn't need to help him with long range defense, and is built primarily to give him easier access to his bones, as well as provide a layer of defense capable of eviscerating his opponent.

Dance of the Willow: To perform this dance, Kimimaro grows several long bone blades out of his body for use as weapons. Though he primarily uses two blades grown from the palms of his hands, he also uses several secondary bones grown from his elbows, knees, and shoulders. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic, using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponents' counterstrikes. Kimimaro can also extend his bones to attack his opponents without having to adjust his own movement, a principle also used in his Dance of the Larch. Again, this is another technique that leaves him open to long range attacks. This dance is extremely dangerous against close quarters combat fighters who don't use weapons, as they would just repeatedly be torn up by all of Kimimaro's strikes as well as the bones sticking out of his body, though swordsmen also have to look out because it is essentially impossible to block all of his extruding bones and his bone swords as well, and considering the acrobatic nature of this Dance, Kimimaro is also likely to catch opponents off guard with this technique.

Dance of the Oak: This dance is a defensive-based dance. Kimimaro does this dance by growing hundreds of bones out of his body, and spinning extremely quickly, to deflect and block incoming attacks. The range isnt very high, but when combined with his Finger Drill Bullets, he can shoot them while spinning, also making this a formidable offensive attack. He also seems to be able to move while performing this dance, as well as start and stop extremely quickly. This technique also functions as a very effective crowd control skill, as his rapid spinning coupled with his very sharp bones means if he is surrounded, he can easily stop attacks from multiple opponents at the same time, as well as do major damage to people trying to attack him from multiple directions. Due to the power of his finger bone bullets, it is likely any opponent caught in the open would suffer major damage from this Dance.

Dance of the Cactus: This technique takes advantage of the fact that Kimimaro can grown a massive amount of bones at any single time, from any and every part of his body. In its defensive form, this technique involves growing hundreds, if not thousands, of very small, razor-sharp blades made of bone from wherever he is about to get hit by an opponent's body part, which serves to not only protect Kimimaro, but also turn the opponent into a pin cushion, completely and utterly destroying and eviscerating the limb they used to try to injure him. However, it also has another use, which can be split into two separate usages. The first is use involves Kimimaro grabbing an opponent, and then growing the razor-sharp bones from wherever he grabbed the victim by. If he grabs them with his hand, he grows the bones on his hand. A major form of this is him grabbing his opponent with both his arms, and then "hugging" them tightly, which can destroy an entire person's body rather easily. The second usage of this technique involves Kimimaro growing these bones from every single inch of his body, and then launching them off himself, sending them flying in every direction, all 360°, thus doing incredible damage to his surroundings and people near him. However, this part is indiscriminate, and allies of Kimimaro can get caught up in it as well. 

Tierra del Tsunami (Earth Tsunami): 

Part 1: This multi-step technique is extremely powerful, and by far Kimimaros strongest technique while in his Ressureccion form. However it is also his slowest technique, so it should be used sparingly. Step one is the activation sequence, so to speak. It starts with Kimimaro growing large blades out of his wrists that extend along his hands, and act like blades. After these are grown out of his wrists, he slams them into the ground, pushes the bones all the way into the ground where they can no longer be seen. 

Part 2: Part 2 is the main attack. After the bones are stabbed into the ground, they begin to grow at an extremely fast pace, and branch out under the surface of the ground. After words, Kimiamro lifts his hands, pulling some ground up as well. This then starts the main attack. The bones shoot up in a massive tidal wave of sharp spikes made of bone. The wave is enourmous, with the baldes and ground reaching heights of 30 meters at its peak. It also travels quite quickly, being able to catch his opponent by surprise from the sheer speed of this attack. Its lack of reach against aerial opponents is its main downfall, however because it reaches up so high and occurs so quickly, unless the opponent happens to be very high in the sky from the get go, it is unlikely they'd be able to dodge.

Part 3: After the actual Tsunami is created in Part 2, shockwaves can then be used. By stabbing his arms into the ground and then pulling them out rapidly, he can create super-fast shock waves, or mini-Tsunamis made of bone and earth alike. He can do this up to 10 times in succession, though they get smaller and weaker as he does it more. These shockwaves cause earth and bone alike to shoot up around him, doing massive amounts of environmental damage, and works amazingly as crowd control against a large amount of enemies, as well as serving to stop opponents in the middle of a counterattack from stage two of this technique.

Segunda Etapa Release Actions: 

Not much is known about the release of Kimimaros Segunda Etapa, except that bones explode out of Kimimaros body, covering him in a sort of cocoon of nigh impenetrable bone. What happens inside is unknown. 

Segunda Etapa Appearance:



In his Segunda Etapa, his skin is dark brown, and has hundreds of small black dots that cover his body. His most notable features are his massive bones sticking out of his back, and his tail. His tail is longer than his actual body, and is very thick. It also has miniature spines made of bone, that run along the top of his tail until a few inches short of its ending. His eyes are all black, except for his yellow Iris', even his pupils are black, which makes his eyes appear demonic. He has black markings around his eyes, which not only work as light-blockers, but also make his face seem even more demonic then it already does. 

Segunda Etapa Abilities:

Extreme Reitsu: As a Vasto lorde level Arrancar, he already has an immense Spiritual Pressure and a massive amount of Spiritual Power, however in his second release form, he is multiple times stronger. In his Segunda Etapa form, his Reitsu is raised to unimaginable levels, easily dwarfing that of a captain in Bankai. His reitsu is also incredibly vast because of the experiments Ashlei Clixx did on him when he was a Hollow. His Reitsu is frightening and can even make it seem as though you are being drowned in power. Anything below captain level is extremely likely to lose the ability to walk, breathe, or move in general, and would most likely be forced to black out from the sheer amount of pressure pushing down upon them, and as such it is dangerous for opponents not prepared and able to fight him to be near him.

Extreme Durability: Kimimaro gains yet another boost to his defense and durability in his Segunda Etapa form.  His skin (not Hierro itself) becomes harder than solid rock, adding to his Hierro and bone layers under his skin. Also, his bone can become multiple times more dense and more durable than it ever could in his previous state. He is known as the "Unbreakable Bone" while in this form, due to the fact that most would have trouble laying even a scratch on him. Kimimaro's Hierro is enhanced by the Bankai-dwarfing amount of power he gains with the activation of this form, and his spiritual pressure brings his Hierro to the point of being nigh-unbreakable, thus the title. His skin itself is enhanced as well, hence its new color, and without considering his other defenses, it next to impossible to cut or tear. His bones themselves, including the extra ones he grows, become so durable, they are very near indestructible to even the most powerful of assaults upon them, making him both more capable in offense as well as defense.

Dance of the Clematis: Vine: Using his bone growth and control, Kimimaro can modify and pull out his own spinal column to use as a flexible chainstaff, while growing a new spine to replace the removed one. To do this, he deconnects the spine very high up, and then forces it out of his body st the base of his neck. He then grabs the "handle", and pulls his entire soine, which is instantly regrown as he does so, allowing him to move and fight, despite having having just taken out his own spinal column. The protrusions on the vertebra are modified to make them stronger and sharper to the point of being able to eviscerate an opponent should it be used to capture an opponent. It can then be used to wrap around the opponent, from which Kimimaro will use Dance of the Clematis: Flower as a finishing attack. Because it is a chain staff and because Kimimaro has such great control over the weapon, its movements are extremely difficult to predict, thus making it easier for Kimimaro to capture and opponent with it. It should also be noted that it can be used like a standard whip or staff, giving Kimimaro quite a bit of flexibility as far as combat goes.

• Dance of the Clematis: Flower: Kimimaro's entire forearm is encased in a giant spiral-shaped drill made of bone to attack the trapped victim. The bone is strengthened (through extreme compression and its plaited spiral shape) to become the hardest type of bone Kimimaro's body can produce, meaning anything and everything else he had done prior to this is brittle compared to the drill's durability and power. The bone resembles a flower, hence the name. This is considered to be the ultimate piercing technique, as its destructivee force is absolutely insane, allowing Kimimaro to break defenses that shouldn't normally be able to be broken, drill straight through extremely dense objects, and pierce straight through the most durable of opponents. Due to the durability of this weapon, it can also act as a shield to block and knock away attacks from opponents that might otherwise injure Kimimaro. It should also be noted that when this weapon moves through the air, a massive vortex is created behind the drill, and when his spiritual pressure is concentrated at its tip, it creates the same space-altering effects of a Gran Rey cero, though on a much greater level, allowing Kimimaro to pierce even reality-based and special barriers and defenses, truly making this the ultimate piercing weapon. This can also be used as a follow-up to Dance of the Clematis: Vine, by using his spine to wrap around them, pulling them in, and then drilling straight through their body with Dance of the Clematis: Flower.
  

Hueso Selva (Bone Forest): This is perhaps Kimimaros ultimate technique out of all forms. By digging under ground with his bones, or being forced underground, Kimimaro can use this technique. He grows bone from every surface of his body, literally becoming bone itself, and creates a massive "Forest of Bone". The bones he makes in this technique are harder than even his normal bones. The forest can cover up to 5 square miles of ground, and even go under water. The bones themselves are as large as trees, and sharper than swords. They jutt out of the ground like trees, reaching heights of close to 15 meters. Because he literally becomes the bone, he can form any part of his body from any bone tree in any location in the forest, meaning he can grow only his upper torso to fight, or he can come out of the bone completely to do battle. This means he can also travel through the bone much, much faster than someone using Hoho techniques, letting him surprise opponents from every direction. Even after using this massive technique, Kimimaro can use both parts of his Clematis Dance to devastating effect, allowing him to not only surprise his opponents by wrapping his spinal cord chain staff around them from any direction without giving them a chance to react first, but he can then attack them with the Flower, and can do so repeatedly for quite some time, and as such is even more dangerous after creating this massively expansive forest of bone.

PAST

History:

As a human, he was born into a mid-class family in Tokyo, though the exact date his unknown. His family consisted of a mother, father, older brother, grandparents, an aunt, uncle, and 5 cousins all living in one medium-sized house. Though not low class, they barely had enough money to sustain themselves. 

The house his family lived in was by no means huge, but was still of a good enough size for them. It had 5 bedrooms, one for his parents, one for his grandparents, one for his aunt and uncle and their spouses, and 2 rooms split between the 7 chlidren, 4 in one, 3 in the other. Kimimaros room constisted of him, his older brother, and a male cousin. It also had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large backyard.

When Kimimaro was but 6 months old, he was diagnosed with a disease that made his bones more dense, and grow faster than a normal humans bones. This meant he himself grew faster than normal humans, and his bones couldnt be broken as easy as another persons bones could. Also, if his bones ever DID break, they would regrow and repair themselves. Nobody knew how he got the disease, but his family considered it to be a blessing from the gods.

When Kimimaro was 6 years old, him and his older, albeit shorter, brother (who was now 10), wandered off their homes land, ending up in a densely wooded forest 3 miles from their houses. After getting lost, they began to worry and wander aimlessly, hoping to find a way out. However, they only found trouble instead of an exit. After 3 hours of pointless wandering, the sun began to go down, eventually disappearing behind the horizon, cloaking the entire forest in darknesses embrace. 

After hearing random animal sounds, they began screaming and running. After close to 10 minutes of this they ran straight over a gorge, though Kimimaros brother had grabbed the ledge. Kimimaro, however, had fallen some 20 feet or so onto another ledge jutting out of the rock wall. Kimimaros older brother, Kabutomaru had pulled himself up over the ledge, onto the ground. However, he decided to save Kimimaro, and climbed down to him, barely fitting on the ledge.

Picking Kimimaro up onto his shoulders, Kabutomaru slowly made his way up the vertical rock wall, eventually making it safely onto the forest floor. Kabutomaru carried his brother through the forest, and somehow made it back to their home after 6 hours. When they made it home, the family rejoiced, but ignored Kabutomarus story once they saw Kimimaros condition. They brought in a highly skilled doctor to assess the situation. After examining Kimimaro, he told his family he hadn't even broken a single bone, and was uninjured, much to the shock of his relatives.

Even though his family was happy about the good news, Kabutomaru was angry. He had potentially saved Kimimaros life, yet he was ignored by his entire family, including Kimimaro. They didn't even care that without Kabutomaru, they would have lost a dear child. Even though he was young, this single event created the life-long grudge Kimimaro would eventually lose his life to.

As they got older, they began to take up martial arts. Kabutomaru was gifted, though he wasn't a prodigy like his younger brother. His younger brother was already winning championships by 11 years old, while he himself was obtaining many second place trophies and ribbons. Though he himself had won countless tournaments, Kimimaro was still ahead of him. Unable to break bones by other humans, and barely being scratched by the strongest of foes, in-sighting love from his fans far and wide, enlarging his shadow that his older brother was buried in. 

Kimimaro grew up to be a multi-talented, charismatic individual who was adored and loved by many. Meanwhile, his brother was growing more and more anti-social and depressed. For Kimimaros 17th birthday, him and his older brother went on a trip to the wilderness, as Kimimaro was a lover of nature. They departed as the sun began to go down, making their way through the dark forest they found themselves in. However, things wouldnt go as well as their first wilderness adventure....

As the shadows of midnight ran across the treetops and forest floor, the brothers made their way farther west, rarely stopping to take breaks. By 2 AM, they were beginning to tire from the constant hiking and traveling. Soon, they were beginning to get bleary-eyed and exhausted. They decided to take camp and rest for the night when they made it to the small clearing in the forest. Kimimaro was the first to fall asleep, and the only one to go to sleep. Kabutomaru took out a dagger he had been hiding in his hiking pack. With dagger in hand, Kabutomaru stabbed his brother through his chest, waking him up as well as causing fatal injuries. 

Kimimaro died painfully as his brother watched with a smile on his face. As Kimimaro progressed through the stages of becoming a spirit and moving on, his will prevented him from moving on, as he wanted revenge upon his brother. After becoming a Hollow, he killed his brother, and began eating spirits. He eventually evolved into a Gillian, and was able to overpower the other spirits solely because of his incredibly charismatic and powerful personality. 

By consuming more and more Gillians and Adjuchas-level, he slowly evolved farther and farther, eventually becoming one of the only 6 Vasto Lorde Hollows in Hueco Mundo at that time. Eventually, he was discovered by Ashlei Clixx because of his power and renown. Kimimaro agreed to serve Ashlei if she gave him power, which is what she did, albeit at the cost of his personality and memories. She warped him beyond the limits, and beyond recognition of a Vasto lorde, turning him into something new entirely. 

Just recently, Ashlei performed a special surgery on him to turn him into an Arrancar. He formed a layer of bone onto his face, and then Ashlei, with tremendous difficulty, tore the mask right off of his face. he was covered in energy and emerged a super-powerful Arrancar of unknown and massive power. After a few tests involving killing and mutilating other Arrancar and Shinigami alike, Kimimaro began to serve lady Ashlei. He currently resides in Los Noches where experiments are still performed on him to make him a deadlier killing machine.
