History: There has always been Good and Evil. This is a commonly known fact, and is understood and accepted by most. However, there are those that refuse to accept such an idea, and as such challenge it. Those that have challenged the "natural order of things" have always existed, and will always as well. So why not join forces to actually do something about it? Many people from around the globe and all realms of existence had begun to search each other out, hoping to unify their beliefs under one common flag and work together to bring these beliefs to fruition. And thus the beginning of the Rinyūaru took place. These people that had gathered did not care about each others race, species, or backgrounds, they cared about but one thing: Their Goal. Even though this organization is relatively new, they will still fight and work towards their objectives ferociously, never giving up, and never giving in.

Base Location:Underneath the Pacific Ocean, a massive base was created to house the Rinyūaru. The base itself is underneath the ground, which is underneath the Ocean, and the center of the base is located almost directly in between Japan and Hawaii. The giant base stretches for miles in every direction, reaching almost to the Bering Strait in the North, and even almost makes it to some islands that are off the coastline of Australia. The Base's outer shell protects it from both the inner heat of the planet, and the pressure of the rocks and water around it. The Main Base is a massive series of rooms, with a throne room in the middle. The rest is a series of tunnels and such that branch off into escape routes to the surface f Earth, should anything happen. Recent updates have been added giving this the most advance technology, weapons and defense possible.

Soul Summit: Now there is a base that encompasses 801,505 acres of nearby island, an area the size of the state of Rhode Island, and is surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges. It now has a large pyramid at its center, with four large pillars on each side, these pillars are a special Dimensional Gate, which, when charged with sufficient reiatsu, can open either a Senkaimon or a Garganta. It can also open a portal directly to the Dangai Precipice World or any other location.The entrance to the base is on outside wall of the west side. Once inside most shall notice the 30 floors , and filled with equipment, rooms, staff members working nonstop. The base is actually much larger than it seems as there exists a large system of rooms and catacombs beneath the surface. The walls of the fortress are made out of special gem like rock forged into a black metal, that prevent's outsiders from being able to float or fly, and even powers, in and around the fortress unless they are given a talisman. There are many floors that are really large rooms, built to the taste of each organisation, for each person they house, they get a simple smaller room in the catacombs. A meeting room is located on the bottom most floor, doubles as a war room , it is built to be surround by quartz trees which serve no special purpose. In the case of a attack on the everyone can use the hidden tunnels to escape without a trace. A special shield surrounds the whole base to protect it from any aerial assaults, This place has been called Soul summit.

Grimoire Heart (グリモアハート Gurimoa Hāto 悪魔の心臓 lit. Demon's Heart) The base only meant for the leader of the Rinyūaru, its a special kind of ship. It is fueled by mercury and ancient reiatsu-powered gems that share the appearance of rutilated quartz crystals. This allows the Grimoire Heart to surpass the laws of physics, by traveling at the speed of thought. It possesses a pilot throne that can be withdrawn in emergency situations, and a control column. which is only used by select few. It is armed with over 300 types of machine guns all around it hidden under the armor that show themselves when attacking, each blast from said machine gun can destroy city blocks with ease. It main weapon is super powerful cannon and causing it to spiral rapidly until it becomes a warped color. Once fully formed they fire it as a double helix shaped beam of energy. That possess a compact form with devastating results when launched. When it makes contact with the target, it expands it's size as it engulfs the city in a massive explosion of reiatsu that implodes inwards once it expands, causing even greater damage than a regular reiryoku-based attack, such as gran rey Cero. However This attack is rarely used since it drains the power greatly.

The place where the current leader of Rinyūaru resides, most of the time, it was built fairly quickly thanks to the leader powers, to shorten the time down greatly, where it resides is in the middle of south and north Korea which is under Zefonse direct control, and with all the upgrades he has down to this city, it is a truly technological based wonderland, that even rivals some of the most advance city's. It is consider one of the more safer places to live since many races live inside the city under peaceful terms, as any fighting are met with the guard. It is divided into a few sectors.

Sector One- Two- Home to the poorest, foulest, and most often home to, Beggars, and Criminals. While it is still safe enough, its best to keep your head down when walking the streets since there isn't that much as a guard in this sector. The first thing that anyone will notice in this sector is the sort of well down apartments, old advertising buildings, and instead of the hi-tech inventions and equipment. they mostly get the older machines and equipment.

Sector Three- Four- Slightly upgraded version of Sector One, this sector from an aerial point of view shows that this sector is cut off mostly from the mainland, having slightly better housing and equipment, with adequate military personnel, but there are still quite a few problems in the area. As it is near the center of the city, it is also home to a large chuck of guards and military use.

Sector Five- Six- This is home to a large chuck of R&D. Using advance research to create better barrier's. weapons, and repairs to the city, this place is also home to the router for the city use of the Soul Summit Network. And main power core for the city itself, as such this place is normally off limits to citizens.

Sector Seven- Eight- A offlimit area to all but the most trusted Rinyūaru members. And home to the current leader, it is the most guarded placed, despite the somewhat lacking sight of people. It is guarded by Project Long barrel. And this place is known to shift daily by unknown means, but what lays inside is the leaders most powerful people. weapons, and secrets. But it is also guarded by a barrier that is like Soul summit blocking out the use of powers when inside the barrier, and not listed in the omit list. Inside is the vault which holds everything the Rinyūaru has gathered, information, even a backup network is inside just in case soul summit network is blocked.

Sector "Zero"-

Also called Riot Peak is a large Arena, only built for people to settle fight inside, it is the only place where powers are usable in the whole city. Inside the place is where the people can use there powers freely inside the ring, the place use a advance hologram system to make a physical field of what ever the fighters pick, making it a good training area. There is only one rule inside here is, and no killing, anything else can happen in these walls as long it doesn't end in a dead body. people who break the rules are blocked and can not use there powers inside Riot peak. People can tune in and watch the fights as they happen, as they go on nearly every hour.

Goal: Though each member may have some separate, personal goals, the main objective that unites them is quite simple really: Destruction and Renewal. They believe that by destroying the worlds old order of things, including all other organizations warfare with it, as well as other worlds like Hueco Mundo being more controled, they will then be able to recreate them from the ashes and create the perfect world. Thus the Destruction and Renewal. They want to stop Good and Evil, and make everything peaceful, which means that they arent inherently evil, though evil people have been known to join as they might also want to work with this goal.

Phoenix King: The Phoenix King is the Leader and Commander-in-Chief of the entire Rinyūaru. He/she makes all the major decisions, such as going to war and making peace treaties. As the "King", he/she is essentially, the highest ranking member of the organization, and as such holds the most power. Any of those that oppose the Phoenix King tends to be punished severely, though if he doesn't think the crime warrants such punishment, he can change it to fit the crime at hand. Think of him as the Absolute Monarch of the Rinyūaru. The Flame Is the strongest warrior, more so than the co-head, as it commands more power and most often called the King's right hand.

Phoenix Prince/Princess: The Phoenix Prince/Princess is the second-in-command of the Rinyūaru, and holds more power than any other member, except of course the Phoenix King him/herself. This is generally an advisory role to the Phoenix King, and helps run the Rinyūaru as smoothly as possible. Any decisions too small for the Phoenix King to worry about, and too big for each individual Commander to worry about is given to the Phoenix Prince/Princess. Also, if the Phoenix King is unavailable, this person becomes the temporary leader, or is promoted to Phoenix King if the majority of the Rinyūaru doesnt think its a bad decision.

War General: The War General is exactly what the title implies: The head of the Army and all groups associated with the army. The War General tends to lead the other military divisions into battle, and tends to be the one to make the main orders and strategies regarding battles and war in general. This person has to be strong enough to command the Ash Division and Chaos Brigade without losing control, and must be able to incite loyalty and respect from his or her subordinates. War General are also known to over look Phoenix Prince/Princess actions and can over ride it if its a majority vote, there can be a max of 2 of each War General.

Ash Division: The Ash division are the main group of fighters and warriors for the Rinyūaru, and as such are directly commanded by the War General. They tend to be quite capable fighters, and powers range vastly from summoning, to Kidō users, to Melee fighters, to even Elemental users. The commander is the division leader, and tends to be the strongest of the Ash Division, as well as serve out punishments for each group. This group is closely associated with the Chaos Brigade and also head the Literature office, which is like the Newspaper for the Rinyūaru.

Broken Chains: This Division is the main research and development group that is primarily made up of scientist-type people. They invent new equipment, develop new Kidō, Demon Spells, Summonings, Chaos Blasts, and special Cero. They also do research on other organizations and provide information on the different species that exist so the Rinyūaru may better understand each other. While they ARE scientists, they tend to possess a high level of skill in fighting with the various magic arts and work as specialists in combat.

Rising Phoenix: The Rising Phoenix Division act as the medical team of the Rinyūaru and are made up of medics. This is the only division to have co-heads, the Head Doctor and Head Surgeon. The Head Doctor tends to be the main field medic and commands the other medics that work well in combat. The Head Surgeon however, is the primary at-home healer and does any major operations that cannot be done in the field of combat. The Rising Phoenix division works closely with the Broken Chains division to develop new healing methods, such as new healing Kidō or demon magic.

Spec Ops: The Spec Ops division act as spies and undercover agents that secretly join other organizations to help the Rinyūaru. They help provide intelligence on other organizations and serve directly under the Phoenix King and Phoenix Prince/Princess. As the Spec Ops commander, this persons primary role is quite similar to that of the Omnitsukido commander in the Gotei 13, and also acts as the primary intelligence officer of the entire Rinyūaru.

Phoenix Wings: This division is essentially the Royal Guard of the Rinyūaru, and are the main protectors of the Phoenix Royalty. They are similar to the Soul Kings guards and thus are under command of only the Phoenix King (and in some cases the War General), usually located in the Throne Room of the Rinyūaru Main Base. They also provide back up to the Ash Division and Chaos Brigade should things get out of hand. The Phoenix Wings Commander/Lieutenant/Members tend to be highly skilled fighters, and are usually some of the strongest in the entire organization.

Transit The Transit Division are exactly as their title says: The Transportation Division. They are the ones that make sure the exits to the Earths surface are working correctly, as well as help those that cannot, travel from dimension to dimension. They work with the Broken Chains division to develop safer and more productive ways to travel. They also head the Internal Affairs office, and work in torture and such.

Chaos Brigade: These are like the berserkers of the the Rinyūaru. They are the primary melee fighters of the entire organization and possess amazing combat capabilities. They are like the 11th Division of the Gotei 13, obsessed with combat and love to kill. They are known for their fiery souls and are elite fighters. Because of their love of war and battle, most other divisions rarely get along with them, but they dont seem to care at all.

Shadow Member: No Real rank exist for those that are listed this, but they have full access to all equipment, and can command all those save the Leader, and co-head. But no access to the soul summit network. But can do as they please with the other members as long it dons't break any rules. Only way to till if someone a shadow member is by a scan, which is the only way they get into the base anyways.

The Fourve: the Fourve are Zefonse personal lieutenants in a sense, they are made up of the STRONGEST and most loyal members of the Rinyūaru, in terms of power they are known to be above Captain Rank and even have strong powers, to join this group you must have traits of extreme loyalty, power. As Zefonse is a former spy and assassin that was in master ranked, he is very careful about picking members, mostly all members are hand picked by Zefonse himself. While they are seen by members of Rinyūaru there powers and skills are unknown to everyone but a select few. They are like Shadow members can command everyone else but the co head and Zefonse himself and his shadows.
