Age:(How old are they? Please do not put in something ridiculous, like infinity or 200,000 years ago.)
Organization:(Optional, place the name of the org you would like the character to be in)

Personality:(What are there likes? What do they dislike? How do they act? What guides them? What are thier principles? Generally, this is the mindset of your character. 2 paragraph minimum ((4 sentences each))

Appearance:(Describe your character in 8 sentences or use a picture of what they look like.)

Sealed zanpakto: What does their sealed zanpakto look like? Picture or 2 sentences)

Base Powers:

Core Power: (What does your Core Power do? Note: This is the most important part of the Chapina, so make it count!)

Sub Power: (Cross this out unless you have soul form.)

Bala Dama: (What does your Bala Dama do?)

Chapina Forms: (Note. If you wish to tell about a form you do not have, cross it out when you write about it. For the most part, you will always want to at least start by telling about your shikai. You may put N/A after the form name for any form you do not have if you do not wish to cross it out.)

Shikai

Hollow Spirit Name: (what is their hollow spirits name?)

Hollow Spirit Appearance: (What does their hollow spirit look like?)

Shikai appearance:(What does the shikai look like? 2-4 sentences or a picture.)

Shikai powers:(What powers does your shikai give you? Write at least 2 sentences describing each so staff can fairly grade. Note: Shikai can only be acheived at tier C-3, although you may have a training thread for it at rank D-2.)

Bankai

Appearence:(What does your bankai look like? Describe in at least 4 sentences or a picture)

Powers:(What does your bankai do? Describe each with at least 3 sentences. Bankai is earned at tier B-3 but may be trained for at rank C-2+)

Resserection:

Appearance:( What does your ressererection look like? Describe with at least 4 sentences or a picture.)

Powers: (What does your resserection let you do? Remember: A Chapina's resserection state is the same as if he had become an arrancar since it still uses the hollow spirit. Describe each with at least 2 sentences.)

Segunda Etapa:

Appearance: (What does your Segunda Etapa look like? Remember: The Segunda Etapa of a Chapina pours reiatsu into a new construct for them to use. At least 4-5 sentences.)

Powers: (What can your hollow spirit in control of the Chapina do in Segunda Etapa? Each power should be described in 2-3 sentences.)

Epikkusumōru

Appearance: (What kind of gain does of your character's body get and what does it do? Describe in 4 sentences.)

Powers: (What powers does this give your character? Describe each in about 2-3 sentences.)

Soul Form

Appearance: ( What does your characters soul form look like? Describe in 3-4 sentences.)

Powers: (What does your soul form do? What does your Sub Power Tail look like? Describe each in 2-3 sentences.)

Ultimate Soul, Chapina:

Appearance: (What does your character look like in their Ultimate Soul form? Describe in 4 sentences.)

Powers: (What new things is your character able to do in Ultimate Soul? Describe each in 2-3 sentences)

Chapina Finisher: (What does there Chapina finisher look like and do? Describe it in 5-6 sentences.)


History:(What is the history of your character? 3-4 paragraph minimum. One should be about human life. Another should be about death and life as a hollow. The third should be about how they resisted and became Chapina's and the final one should be how they were awakened. See the Character application Rules for other neccessary information.)

RP Sample:(How do you RP? A big part of the grading and tiering process is how advanced your skill is. You only are required an RP Sample when create your first character and for canons. For any other character you may post one if you desire to. Must be at least 10 sentences minimum and the RP sample may be taken from another site as long as it was really YOU who posted it.)
