Power Tier

What is a tier? A tier is the rank of power/skill your character recieves based on age, powers, history, personality, position, outside factors, and your roleplaying skills. It ranges from F-5 to A-1+. However, in the long run, it is your skills in roleplaying that play the largest part. However, this isn't to say that tier doesn't matter. Who would win, Yumichika or Byakuya? While RPing skill can determine the outcome, tier plays a large role as well.

Resolved! This is the tier set-up we'll be using.

Level S: Advanced Rank

Tier 0: This is to describe God-like characters. No one will be given this but NPC's, or VERY TRUSTED members.

Tier 1: Extremely powerful event characters such as the Spirit King or a S-2+ with the Hogyoku or something similarly powerful. 

Tier 2: Extremely powerful characters with site-changing abilities. A moderately powerful S-2 is someone like Yamamoto. Characters of this tier are stronger than even organization leaders.

Tier 3: Very powerful characters who are on the higher end of the power scale for organization leaders. Included are people like Ywhach, also known as Juhabach, from canon.

Tier 4: These characters are much stronger than average captains from the Gotei 13, and can safely fight more than one at a time. A good example would be Aizen Sosuke. Average power level of organization leaders.

Tier 5: Stronger than normal captain-class fighters, S-5 characters are powerful indeed. Good examples include Gin Ichimaru, Shunsui Kyoraku, and Jushiro Ukitake.


Level A: High/Captain-class Rank

Tier 1: Those who have mastered their Bankai or equivalent form and are far stronger than the average Captain belong on this tier level. A good example would be Tier Harribel from canon. 

Tier 2: Those who are a bit above average captain-levels belong on this level. These fighters have a lot of experience with their Bankai-level form and abilities, and are worthy opponents. Byakuya Kuchiki is a good example.

Tier 3: This is the rank that represents the average level of power of captain-class fighters. A shinigami of this rank would have good knowledge of their abilities, but still have room to grow. A good example would be Captains Komamura and Hitsugaya from canon, though on the higher end of this tier.

Tier 4: This is the tier level befitting of those slightly below average captain strength, though these fighters are still pretty powerful. A prime example would be Zommari Rureaux, canon's 7th Espada.

Tier 5: Though strong, those of this tier can be compared to those who have just recently reached a level of power acceptable for the position of Captain. A good example would be Renji Abarai.

Level B: Moderate Rank

Tier 1: Tier B-1 is someone of a veteran vice captain level who has masted their shikai or equivalent. Aaroniero Arruruerie is a suitable example for this tier.

Tier 2: This level is of someone who is a vice captain that has got a rather good idea of how their shikai works, and are able to defend themselves against many enemies. This includes fighters like Kira Izuru.

Tier 3: This is the level of power of those equal to an average Vice Captain of the Gotei 13. Momo Hinamori fits as an example.

Tier 4: These are capable fighters who can stand up to low level Fraccion, but are still below average compared to other Vice Captains. Marechiyo Ōmaeda is of this tier.

Tier 5: A shinigami who just recently attained their Shikai without a whole lot of experience fighting are on this level. Kiyone Kotetsu fits this example.


Level C: Low Rank

Tier 1: This tier is comparable to someone who is a seated member of the Gotei who is almost ready to learn Shikai.

Tier 2: Tier C-2 is someone who is a seasoned seated member of the Gotei 13 who has got a decent grasp of their power.

Tier 3: Newly appointed officers are a good example of this level.

Level D: Member Rank

Division members, weak hollows, Beginner quincy, New mod souls, beginner humans 

Tier 1: Trained unseated members of the Gotei 13 is a good example of this level.

Tier 2: Seasoned unseated members of the Gotei 13 represents this level

Tier 3: New ,unseated, Division Members are pretty much this tier.

Level E: Beginner 

This is the lowest level on the tier. The strongest example of this would be that you're able to see spirits and use your reiatsu in a weak attack. The lowest level of this would result in not even having the ability to notice spirits, the average is to hear, smell or see traces of Spiritual Activity.


Level F: Powerless

Powerless characters have no spiritual abilities. They cannot even sense spiritual beings, and have only a base reiatsu signature needed to sustain their soul. The lowest level of this would be best described as a rock.
