Chapina's:

Chapina's are arrancars that have had their old bodies taken over their hollow ones. When an arrancar is made, their mask is removed, but they keep a fragment. However, when Chapina's are made, they go through the normal process, except for one difference. When their mask is taken off, if the host of the hollow had a strong spirit, he can make one single attempt at freedom. He must force the body to rip off the entire mask, instead of leaving a bone fragment. The spirit must be able to endure the immense pain that occurs when that fragment it removed, or they simply disintegrate. That is why there haven't been many Chapinas. However, some do exist, but only existed in hiding, as the pain of the removal causes them to fall into a deep uncounciousness. They are able only to awaken again if they come into close contact with an owner of powerful reiatsu. There bodies automatically react and they awaken, having no idea who they were. The ultimate quest of Chapina's are to discover their identities. As in, they retain there personality traits, but lose all memory of details of their life. All they rembember initally is the great pain they went through to push the mask of completely. When Chapina's hear their true name spoken near themselves and recognize it, they're mental releases are opened and all the things they have done as a hollow and as a human return, complete in thier details. This monstrosity causes some to go insane from the horror of what they have done, and spend their lives away from others. Since Chapinas need a strong will just to make themselves, however, they typically make it through this process with only minor mental disturbances. This also releases their mental gate that activates the "Soul Form" transformation within themselves.

Abilites and Powers:

Arrancar Bodies: The Chapina remain a base of Arrancar's, symbolized by the holes they still have. As such, they have access to:

Cero -which they are more proficient in, until they release Soul Form, as then they have more memories clouding there focus

Hierro- They can activate Hierro like espada, but thiers is about 10% stronger, since they don't have the soulless abandon of most Arrancar.

Hollow Tongue: Most Chapina know only the hollow tongue when they first awake, but every time they hear a new word in any language they absorb it automatically into there brains, until they recover thier memories.

Shinigami Minds: Since arrancars gain Shinigami qualities when they transform, Chapina do as well:

Zanpakto: Because of their roots, to have a zanpakto appear before them when they will it . It appears in this way because their zanpaktos exist in the ethereal plane between Soul Society and Hueco Mundo. They exist here because thier minds were freed of the hollow, but they remain in mostly arrancar bodies. They are also here because of the powers of the zanpakto's themselves, as carrying a Chapita's zanpakto around with them causes them migranes when with them for over a day, since they are an unnatural union of species, not human based or arrancar based.

Kido: When a Chapita hears a kido, it is stored in a different place in his memory. He is able to point his finger and say an incantion from his memory banks. If he is strong enough to use the kido, it will fire. If not, the Chapita feels completely drained for 1 post.

Spirit: Just as the soul never completely leaves the hollow, neither does the hollow leave the Chapita. It is always there, within the Chapita's mind. However, it is broken, as it's connection to the body, the mask, was completely removed. The hollow is purified and takes on similar characteristics to it's host, becoming similar to a zanpak-to spirit. In fact, the main funcion of the Hollow spirit is to provide advice to the Chapita and help the Chapita obtain it's true powers. However, if the Chapita loses conciousness, it's scars will begin to glow. The spirit takes over the Chapita and becomes malicous again until they regain councioussness. This is why Chapita never sleep. They restore energy by calling on thier zanpak-to, as the zanpak-to can link the Chapita to the ethereal space and have them gather power from there. However, it takes about an hour of meditation to begin this process and it cannot be stopped until the Chapita is fully restored. They are frozen as they regain power.

Unique Powers:

Core power: Each Chapina has a Core Power, which is the constant battle between thier hollow and spirit sides. It's constant battle creates the main element of the Chapina, which is unique to each individual one. This element can have practically any effect. It is the most important part of thier bodies.

Hyper Step: Chapina's bodies don't move very much, until they learn behavior from watching others. As such, their bodies are so calm that they can access the shinigami and arrancar flash steps and use them in unison to make a flash step about 20% stronger than a shingami or arrancar equal in overall power to the Chapina. However, it is not instant transmission, and cannot be used for more then 50 feet in a row without stopping.

RossenRondo: The Chapina's zanpak-to can absorb half the power of a medium-small energy attack, then turn it back at the owner whom originally fired it. If they do fire it at the owner, it will target them, homing on to the original energy signature. However, it now has the effect of the Chapina's core power infused within. The size and shape depend on the ability of the Chapina.

Bala Dama: A giant move of reiatsu that pulls straight from the Chapina's core power. It is extremely destructive and potent. It can only be used 3 times before a Chapina must connect to the ethereal plane for more power. Each Bala Dama is weaker than the last but still very powerful. When it connects, it fires energy down as well as up to create a fountain of explosive power and the Core Power of the Chapina themself.

Shikai: Chapina's shikai acts like a shinigami's, taking the form of a weapon instead of a transformation. The shikai takes the form of the Chapina's preffered weapon of choice. In shikai the Chapina can use the unique traits of his hollow spirit as his own. He is also considerably stronger in most areas as well.

To get: The Chapina must form a deep connection with a shinigami spirit. This is because the spirit of the Chapina is most like that of a shinigami, so that connection allows it to learn shikai. The instance of learning it is when the Chapina makes a desperate move in order to aid the shinigami he is connected to. His shikai activates as it desires to help the connetion grow.


Bankai: Unlike Arrancars, Chapina have a bankai. This makes them much stronger in most areas and combines shinigami and hollow abilities together in an unnatural union. The Chapina's Core Power is drawn from the shinigami side, and is utilized to create a structure unique to that Chapina. Like, one Chapina may gain reiatsu constructed wings while another gains arm cannons that fire bombs. Each is different and only contains a small percent of the Core Power in it's influence.

How to Get: The Chapina must first train in two internal battles against his Hollow spirit and defeat him, then destroy an arrancar with his zanpak-to. After that, the hollow spirit reccognizes the Chapina's ability and releases the pressure of the shinigami side of the Core Power, causing a mass burst of power to emit from the Chapina and the release form to appear in his head.

Ressurection: Accesses the power of the Ressurection that the Chapina would have had if he had become an arrancar. It follows all the rules of a normal Ressurection.

The Chapina can only gain ressurection one way. He must be brought to deaths door and return alive. When their brain's shut themselves down from major pain in a life threatening situation. The hollow takes over the body and becomes completely crazed, abandoning it's calm demeanor. The hollow mask begins reforming. If it completes, the body destroys itself, as it rejects the hollow mask out of hand considering what it went through to be rid of it. The Chapina then must fight off the Hollow in his mind before the mask finishes forming, or else he will be destroyed. When the Chapina manages to regain control, he rips off the failed-forming mask. On him is a new scar, as well as the release phrase pasted into his memory.

Segunda Etapa: This form can only be used when the Hollow spirit is in control of an A-tier Chapina. It takes on the form of the Arrancar's originally intended Segunda Etapa, and is extremely powerful, more so than bankai. When it is used the scars pour out reiatsu that forms a construct of the Segunda on the body of the Chapina himself.

How to Get: The Hollow must have gained control of the knocked out Chapina at least 3 times prior. This is so it understands how to use the Chapina's body. It must also have failed at retaking the body before ressurection. This failure fills it with determination when it takes over the body again.

Epikkusumōru: (literally epicsmall) This utilizes a small percent of the Core Power's potential, about 20%. When used, the Core Power infuses itself into the body of the Chapina, and the Chapina's zanpakto turns into a body feature like wings or an arm cannon that focuses on the main effect of the Core Power.

How to Get: All Chapina naturally know this form, but realize what it is at D-tier.

Soul Form: This is most Chapina's greatest form. It utilizes 75% of the power of the Core Power. It takes on the true form of the Chapina and infuses it with the Core Power. When activated, a tail of light appears on the back of the Chapina's hollow hole. This is there Sub Power. It controls another element about 25% as well as the Core power would have. It is used in conjunction with the Core Power to create the Soul Form. It is much stronger than bankai.
How to Get: When a Chapina hear's their true name, they're bodies burst as the memories flow back into them. The emptiness in thier soul is filled again and they can realize their full potential. Requires: Be B1-tier and do training for it.

Ultimate Soul, Chapina: This is the ultimate form for Chapina's. It combines elements of hollows, shinigami, and arrancars as well as the Core Power and Sub Power abilities. A Chapina with this mode would be the strongest of the Chapina's. It has two extreme elements to it, either extremespeed, giant's strength, Masterweaponsman, SteelSkin, or DeepPower. Each Chapina's life determines which attributes they focused on since they awoke. They are also able to use the Chapina finisher.

Chapina Finsher: A Chapina's ultimate move, this unlocks 150% of the power of the Core Power. After it is used, the user is unable to move for 2 posts. After that they are unable to access the Core Power for the rest of the thread.

How to Get: Must be A3+ or higher to begin training. Requires a training thread against someone who has obtained Ultimate Soul. Once Ultimate Soul is obtained, a Chapina may rest, as the hollow knows it has no hope of controlling the Chapina any longer.
