Tora's very existence has been warped by the vibrations passed into him, to this extent the vibrations have brought his very cells to a complete stand still. This means that in Tora's case his ageing has stopped making it so that the man's age is stuck well into his youthful years thanks to his old little disruption in the time stream that allowed him to manipulate his age, unfortunately he was in his young form when the cells stopped meaning he was stuck within this youthful form. Thanks to the streams influence the man's main attribute of his hair has been aged making its colour a white that seems to have become the trademark of Tora. In the case of his hair Tora has always let it flow long saying that the idea of cutting it is a waste of time, and its always given him a much better look in his opinion. To this level too his body is unlike one would comprehend, the torso of the man implanted with 4 turbines, placed specifically where his lungs were. These turbines are powered by the man's own breathing acting as if they were his own lungs .... with some added bonuses. Tora is usually seen wearing his black shirt laden with a white striped pattern upon it to make a contrast for Tora's style, though on a lot of occasions this is also seen switched for his white shirt with black pattern .... lets just say he likes the black and white theme. this often times accompanied with jeans to fit Toras new devil may care attitude, the ideal of a suit use to be Toras main style but with the concept of Tora being one and the only one worthy of life in his mind why shouldn't his own retrospect of style be in play?

Arrogant: Tora is a man who gives no shits about you regardless of whoever you think you are. The man has always disregarded others as just a thorn in his side when it comes down to things, believing that people around him hold nothing that he could consider strong. The man is often unimpressed by even the greatest of moves calling people weak for the blatant fact that he doesn't care what they say to him there is very few people who can actually hold their own within battle. He usually feels his time is wasted on lesser beings and thinks that productivity is the driving force of his ways. The tiger king has long prided himself on his own strengths and abilities feeling that ones own strength should be the proof needed to support their strength and idiots who yammer on about how fucking strong they are need to go die in a big ass hole.

Fearless: There isn't much that can really scare Tora, the man really doesn't care what happens to not only himself but in most circumstances what others do. This in no way means the guy is less and cant be scared it just means someone whipping out every thing they got may just make him still there and call them a retard for showing all their cards. In terms of fighting he tends to rationalize anything that comes his way to the point where nothing seems that bad in his eyes. Even when facing those much stronger than him he often times stands their insulting them without a care in the world for what they could do to him.

Irritable: Needless to say the 2nd eldest of the lionus family like his siblings has quite a mean streak on him and when someone pisses him off will blow the whole area around him up just as a fark you to them. The guy tends to be in regards to all good self ... a douche. The man doesn't really need to be pushed far to fly out into a fully untapped rage in which he will look to crush everything around him, in fact he is set off by some very little things but when someone pushes him to far be ready to face the pure unbecoming depths of hell unleashed on you. The man has always been known to be a bit of a dick at times not caring for others thoughts if it means bad news, meaning most tend to try avoiding given such news to him.

Stern: Tora is a very strict and unswayable man, if he says something is right expect him to beat you to a pulp if you say hes wrong. The man doesn't accept the ideals of being a happy go lucky faggot he is often times thought of as a stern and uncaring asshole because the pure fact is he doesn't give 2 shits who you are and what you've done he just cares about himself and few other things that relate around him. This isn't to say he isn't fully capable of being a caring and calm individual, in fact hes always quite cool and collected when he isn't pissed off. And as for the caring part he does have a tendency to have a shimmer of respect for certain people and even care for some though that number is quite vague and considerably low.

Independent: Tora has never really needed anyone or anything to guide him in his life the man feels that the world doesn't give 2 shits about anyone in it and hence he shouldn't have to rely on another douche bags to get along. The man has always been one to do things without help, never has he looked to other for support instead he'd rather shove his sword in their chest laugh as they fall down screaming then move in to destroy everything in his path. Tora doesn't have many people he calls friends because the pure fact is if he doesn't have a care for them he may just end up ripping them in 2 and using the body as his very own meat shield..... charming isn't it.

> Background: spoken like a whisper in the wind the name stands on the tongues of many something different something that was his and his alone, Tora. Tora grew up in the slums of kakura his parents weren't the richest people in the world and couldn't provide him with everything he wanted but this made the child grow into a great young man, he had loved his parents and his life despite the obstacles. his living life was challenged many times beaten and "taught a lesson" for almost 10 years Tora was ruthlessly terrorized by gangs and criminals he hated himself overall for his weakness. but this all changed at the age of 15, one day as he was being beaten by some local thugs a young man came the gang tried to attack him but within minutes he had snapped their necks killing the men. Tora knew to fear the boy but couldn't bring himself to do it this young man had saved him and as he came over to check on the boy kneeling beside him he spoke "who are you?" as the man looked to him he said only 1 word "Wolf"

Wolf took Tora under his wing making him an honorary member of Black hounds. he was soon taught how to fight by Wolf and was regarded as wolfies brother, any that crossed Tora had signed their death warrant to the wolf. little did he know that this idea of wolf being his brother was the truth. on Toras fathers death bed he told Tora the truth how they had abandoned wolf as a child and when they had Tora they couldn't bring themselves to do it again. It took Tora almost 4 years to come to grips with this hes brother was always there for him and he was going to finally tell him the truth, hed become a strong fighter under wolfs wing in fact 2nd in the whole of black hounds but this meant for nothing the night Kuro raided the Club house. trapped on the first floor all the other members were gunned down in reign of bullets.... Tora hid, when the madness had ceased he went to his brothers room and found him lying dead on the floor. he gripped his brother in his arms tightly never wanting to let go ...... but he did.

Tora went straight to his brothers killers entering Kuros compound with no trouble and after less than 10 minutes the deed was done a knife shoved through kuros forehead. his brothers death now avenged he sat there waiting for the guards and as they walked in they executed him the smile never pried from his face. as his soul left his body he sat there just waiting for a month until a shinigami arrived freeing him from his torment. once he entered the soul society Tora was quickly taken in by a noble house being married to one of the families daughters, for 100 years he lived a life of luxury and prestige, but he never let his skills go dull training every day and eventually being accepted into the gotei 13 despite the fact he hadn't finished his time at the academy.he was then trained to become something great. but this changed after one night he awoke coughing blood then slipped into a spasiming coma.... he knew where he was, home.

being inside his Zanpakutō he was confronted by his inner hollow tiger , tiger spoke to him civilised, unnatural for most "hollows". but he kept prying going into Toras past he fought back and after saying he would never let him escape Tiger flew into a madness overpowering tora and having him lying on his back he stopped curling into a ball he rocked back and forth laughing the words shaken "this isn't over" and with that he was back in the soul society, but not the home he had grew to knew but a cell. sentenced to death Tora was dragged to where the executioner blade stood preparing him. This was not to be though as his wife staged an escape assisted by many other shinigami they freed Tora and he and his wife ran for an exit to the human world. This retreat was met with swift action and to save her beloved his wife gave her life so Tora could escape.

when he reached the human world Tora began looking for somewhere he could be himself and found a place amongst the vizard, although this isn't the end he once heard of what had become of his big brother, the wolf. A shinigami one of those he hated he began to resent his brother and swear that he would one day beat him and he could never be strong till this dream was fulfilled.During a small gap of life whilst apart of the corps, he stumbled upon a small girl the age of maybe 12. Tora couldn't just let this girl sit there he soon took her under his wing, being a sort of adoptive father for the girl. She had no recollection of the past and soon thought of tora as her father. as she continued to grow Tora remained looking after her his sentimental side getting the best of him.

As the years progressed the filth of the vizard corps soon found Tora. He had grown tired and sick of their action believing them his true enemy. The downfall of Tora soon bought a change in the man a new sense of pride. He began to swear his allegiance to the monsuta, quickly rising within their ranks becoming somewhat of a powerhouse for them. Soon he took charge of the front lines becoming the power house of his squad at this time he went into training, learning to control his powers and create ... something new. Tora

Velocity control -
through Toras immense vibration can literally by vibrating his hands control the atoms touching his hands and change the velocity within anything he touches making the atoms fly to whatever direction he chooses though to an even larger scale he can control the speed of an object that he comes into contact with. To this point he is capable of flicking a marble and sending it at blinding speeds towards a single direction looking to rip through anything in its path. Though once in motion Tora is incapable of changing the direction of any object under his velocity manipulations control only able to contort the speed whilst in motion, making it so that he could send it flying forth at 60 km per hr and then reducing it to a complete stop. This however isn't the only capability he has within the ideas of manipulating the velocity of an object or to much larger extent ... an enemy, Tora is capable of utilizing an absolute constant velocity for any thing his power touches, this makes it so that the object of his control despite any force acting upon the object will retain a constant speed meaning a simple marble travelling even slowly could rip through the strongest of metals and even being unaffected by gravity continuing at that speed making it what one would call a near unstoppable object. however their is a downfall to this as when the object reaches a 1 mile distance from Toras body and vibrations the velocity of the object will come to a complete stop all the acting force on it dispelling leaving only opposing forces such as gravity and other stopping forces crashing down on it. there is a possibility of Tora using this constant velocity upon himself though if he did the amount of vibrating matter required to sustain the absolute velocity would break down the matters killing cells even breaking his bones apart.

inertia control -
This like his velocity manipulation requires Tora to make contact with an item, his vibrations the shake the atoms within it shaking them at high speeds morphing and changing the resistance of matter, thus manipulating the inertia within an object. With this he can raise an object inertia to high levels making things incredibly difficult to stop making it so that something as small as a bicycle would require incredibly force opposing its path of movement to stop it or a something that is still would be near impossible to move. In this same instance he could reduce the inertia acting upon an object and thus make it incredibly easy to stop even being able to make something like a bullet just bounce of his hand, a train to come to a complete halt with a poke. However like his velocity manipulation he only has a small distance in which it must remain to keep this change in inertia. An to another step Tora isn't able to do this to his body his cells unable to take the pressure of the inertia morphing would begin to break down after 3 short posts.

friction manipulation -
as with the other 2 of his physic manipulations Tora is able to send his vibrations through an object yet again shaking the matter and changing it to his liking making the friction of that particular object extremely different levels, he is capable of making it so that an object would be near friction-less and would slide no mater the opposing surface it face, a good trick if he ever makes contact with ones weapon is to make it so that the friction is near removed making it almost impossible to hold their weapon. Though Tora also can change something friction to high levels making the object stick to something and become incredibly had to separate from anything its touching, sometimes a fun trick for Tora if he wants to make you hold something for him. Tora is capable of using this technique upon his body making it so that anything that comes in contact with him can either end up stick their or so slippery it'd bounce right off as if nothing against him. however this also like before has a set amount of posts before it becomes taxing on his body and destabilizes his very body, and thus he can only maintain it like this for 3 posts. As with the other 2 before it this has a set distance only being able to reach a 1 mile area before the effects disappear.

location swapping -
this move is something even more complex that the technique actually involves infecting one object with his vibratory essence, it launching into it and literally moving the molecules sending them to the opposing object he wishes to switch it with. The 2nd objects matter through vibrations within the air moving its matter does the same moving the matter through the air within seconds, of the original matters location being set, this allows the original matter to be able to settle within its place filling the area left by the original object. To this point it could be thought of almost like a trade of sorts, the main attribute to it being that the matter being swapped must be of a similar mass, this means that one could transfer say a person with another person but in the form of transferring a person with a vase wouldn't be possible. another thing to note from this technique is that he must have had previous contact with the object he is moving having to have "marked" the object prior to switching them. However this technique cant be used upon himself often the amount of energy necessary to vibrate and move his molecules is very intense and can break down cell regrowth leaving him with greater injuries as time progresses whilst using the move.

attack recording -
Using enough speed and vibratory essence to rip open a hole within the very atmosphere itself even opening a void like section of space which takes in all energy attacks and stores them within this area. Upon the energy coming towards him the "black hole" compresses it down and sucks it into its small space, entering this rift in space the attack sits awaiting a new exit to open, meaning that upon creating a second rift the energy rips out and flies within a straight direction. To utilize this to its fullest extent the rifts must be touching Toras hands and thus he has taken to the idea of opening the rifts upon his separate palms using it to fire out any energy or element used against him. However a major downfall of the technique is though Tora may be able to absorb the energy he must be able to hit the energy with his palm to suck it into the separate space. Another problem when it comes to this technique is that physical attacks such as sword attacks or hand to hand wouldn't be affected by this. The biggest downfall however is that though Tora may expel and use this energy as a weapon he doesn't have control over it meaning that in terms of firing it at someone they must be in its path or else it wouldn't be able to hit.

negative zone creation -
Toras bankai has a very specific and very unfriendly technique, in a 100 meter radius Tora lets his vibrations cast out into the ground and rise up into the very air creating a solid dome of vibratory essence that in turn acts like a sort of force field. This Force field cant stop things from entering within it but will once inside make it so the pure vibrations in the air act like a wall for any who try to leave. Upon touching this wall ones hand would be shaken to extreme levels making it so that if one were to try and just escape with brute force and not have enough strength to break through the vibrations it could literally peel the flesh of their hand. This does have its limitations however, the strength of the dome isn't impossible to break out of a person with a high strength level could rip through it with blunt force with only moderate damage to themselves, however one of the smarter ideas when facing this is the concept of projectiles, with enough energy ripping into it it would create a break in the vibrations and eventually rip the whole dome apart, to this level even a lower powered person could break free from the dome , though it would take a lot and a lot of energy directed at the dome. However trapping someone isn't the only measure this move takes, in fact the pure concept of this move is disruption via the vibrations of the very air inside the dome. to this level he has these vibrations enter of a meta physical level into any substance around it, these vibrations then set out and distorts energy and even delays neural waves negating not only technology but also abilities within the dome. This however doesn't seem to affect Tora due to the vibrations being cast from his body acting like a stopping point for his other vibrations. Not only this but due to the infection of the vibrations within the ground itself the zone is in constant tremors making it so that anyone but Tora who's vibrations yet again stop the opposite vibrations would be constantly shaking people and with enough time in the negative zone may even affect their systems shaking their bodies to the point of causing major illness and even with a lot of time spent in the area some internal injuries.

Seismic manipulation -
In bankai Tora is capable of using his vibrations to unbelievable levels even making him capable of with a simple wave of his hand sending large amounts of vibrations into the air so great that it actually causes a seismic wave to be generated with enough vibrations within upon contacts it would shake apart a person to the point of ripping apart their skin and muscle, even create strong levels of asphyxia. With this technique he is also able to infect his vibrations into the very ground around him shaking it to the point of literally shifting the earth's molecules to rip apart making a earthquakes capable of immense destruction and even to the point that it rips apart the ground causing massive fissures. To an even greater extent he can bend and pretty much control the earth around him, using his vibrations to shift its position and thus control it on the level of even high powered element users, to this level as long as there is earth around him he has an infinite arsenal to use against his opponent.

Tora is capable within his masked state of unlocking a whole new power. upon contact with a non living organism he is capable of infecting his vibrations into it and accelerating the objects cells accelerating the age of that substance, with this technique he is capable of per say touching metal and ageing it to the point that it is nothing but rust ready to be crumbled apart. Unfortunately due to the level of vibrations needed for this technique only via Toras hands, his hands being the part of his body he can move the fastest, is he capable of doing this. This means that unless Tora is able to touch the object with his hands he wouldn't be able to produce enough vibrations to age it. Another big downfall of this technique is that on living organisms this is much more complex and wouldn't work due to the extensive cellular system of a person.
