Introduction
Founded by now-known Lord Malice through an influence strong enough to sway the populous of Hollows and Menos alike. There are a few Arrancars presently allying in this imperial organization as the Hollow Empire are unannounced allies of the Espada, though the intentions are unknown as those who are part of this Empire does not like the idea of melding with the Espada and would prefer that the Espada should meld under the banner of the Empire. This organization houses Hollows, Vizards, Chapina and Arrancars who are opposing the Soul Society and the United Chapina. Under Lord Malice's ruling, the citizens and warriors of the Empire regarded Lord Malice as the Supreme Emperor and the prophet who will guide them to Paradise, where they can live without exile and have a bounty of souls that would never run out. They treat Shinigami, Humans, Quincy, and those related to them other than Vizards with great discrimination and prejudice, thus if captured by them while as one of these races, the most merciful will be slavery or death. Being given the Supreme Emperor's blessing as a member of the race that they hate is considered a miracle and thus very rare, but the drawback is that even when unwilling, the one chosen by the Emperor will be forced to be personally assimilated or being brainwashed by the Supreme Emperor into the Supreme Emperor's bidding, even if it is by torture.

Royalty
Supreme Emperor: Lord Malice --- He who sit upon his throne will announce his rules. Those who are capable of leading an empire of mixed races while bearing the image of the founding Supreme Emperor, shall inherit the throne. Over his subjects, he is considered to be the one with absolute honor as his actions will be their actions, his image is their image, and above all, a position closer to him is an honor greater than all else other than the Supreme Emperor's. Malice was only referred as a Lord by informality, but by formality, he is referred as "Supreme Emperor" by all who are part of the Empire; thus it is considered okay to call him "Lord Malice" when in battles, casual conversations and to trick enemies to believe he is not the Supreme Emperor, but when he is holding court or a formal celebration, he is referred as "Supreme Emperor" out of deep respect and necessity.

Supreme Consort(s): ??? --- The job of the Supreme Consort was to tend to the personal needs of the Supreme Emperor. Though the consort will not have as much superiority over the Supreme Emperor and his Royal Knights, she has the power to advise the Supreme Emperor and the Royal Knights when a decision is being made. In fact, the Royal Knights are recommended to see the Supreme Consort for advises in their further endeavors or to confess their sins as the Royal Knights stand above any Clergy as the Supreme Emperor's bodyguards and elites. For women, it is considered the greatest of honor to be the spouse or a maiden directly to the Supreme Emperor. The crime that will dishonor the Supreme Consort is by dishonesty through loving another person instead of the Supreme Emperor and if caught, will be exiled to Earth while stripped of all powers and marked so if found again by the Empire, it will be kill on sight as Lord Malice will never abide to disloyalty. Informal or not, the Supreme Consort is called the "Supreme Consort" as it is considered dishonoring the Supreme Consort by even calling her by her name; the Supreme Emperor is the only person who can call the Supreme Consort by her name. Note that there could be multiple Supreme Consorts. Should the Supreme Emperor die while they are still alive, they are passed onto the next Supreme Emperor, regardless of blood relations.

Royal Knight(s): ??? --- They are the elites of the military power of the Hollow Empire as well as the most zealous in loyalty towards the Supreme Emperor. Those who are Royal Knights are directly chosen by the Supreme Emperor and stands above all military superiors as a Royal Knight's words are the words of the Supreme Emperor. The only person who can sway them without offending their authority is the Supreme Consort. Should they show a sign of disloyalty, they will be told to see the Supreme Consort or the Supreme Emperor to confess their unfaithfulness and be pardoned. Should they dishonor the Supreme Consort or the Supreme Emperor, they will be forced to duel one of their own to the death to restore the honor they sullied. Should the Supreme Emperor die and the Royal Knights are still alive, they will move onto the new Supreme Emperor as they would believe that the spirit of Lord Malice is passed onto the next Supreme Emperor.

Nobles
Darth(s): ??? --- Predominantly the masters of their art, Darths are considered the most dangerous of Lord Malice's Servants (next to the Royal Knights.) They serve as generals and council members as they are chosen by the Supreme Emperor to ensure that all servants beneath them are following the rules and codes of honor. It is noted that each Darth has a special purpose such as torturing, assimilation, and research. The Supreme Emperor, Consort, and the Royal Knights are the only ones who can call them by their "Darth" title while those beneath them referred them as either "Councilors," "Masters," or "Generals." There can only be one of the Darths who lead the Clergy branch and he or she are referred as "Sanctus Curator" without their name spoken after like the others. The crime that they could perform is disloyalty or to dishonor the Royalty (except for the Supreme Heirs,) which will result in excommunication, stripping them of their title and be forced to rejoin the low-ranks.

Supreme Heir(s): ??? --- Children of the Supreme Emperor and the future of the Hollow Empire should Lord Malice or his successors met their untimely end. They can attain the title by either being born from the union between the Supreme Emperor and a Supreme Consort, or by being chosen by the Supreme Emperor. Normally, the ones who are male and born from the Supreme Emperor's genetics are the first in line for the throne while the females who are chosen by the Supreme Emperor are last in line unless the Supreme Emperor made a Divine Writ which will be kept secret and safe by the Darths that officially passes down the throne to the one who is not in line. Given that Lord Malice is a strict person, it will be extremely unlikely that the Divine Writ would make that change as the Divine Writ is revised many times to keep up to date with events. Should they not be chosen to become the next Supreme Emperor, they are given a choice to start from the bottom and work their way to Royal Knighthood or Darth, or to become a Consort or a Supreme Consort to retain their honor. They are below Darths purposely as designated by Lord Malice to allow Darths to tutor the Supreme Heirs to help them prepare themselves to become the next Supreme Emperor. However it is considered an insult to Royalty if a Lord or Lady or those below them were to demand them while there was no emergency, and as such, it is up to the Darths to decide how to punish the problem. Only the Royalty and the designated Darth are allowed to punish the Supreme Heirs (though Supreme Consorts are not allowed to punish the Supreme Heirs unless pardoned by the Supreme Emperor.) The worst punishment is exile should they harm a member of Royalty on purpose.

Lord(s)/Lady(s): ??? --- Serving under Darths, Lords and Ladies are chosen by the Darths to extend their will and the will of the Supreme Emperor. If by military titles, they are usually the captains compared to the ranks in Gotei 13 while they have the power to back up their title.  

Soldiers/Followers
Warrior(s): ??? --- Normally the physically adept individuals who trained almost all their lives to the arts of war and enhancing their body through Reishi Manipulation. They are capable as soldiers in the Military or as "paladins" or "templars" for the Clergy.

Inquisitor(s): ??? --- Normally the intellectually adept individuals who devoted their lives to research and practicing the arts of Reishi Manipulation. Some are more specialized in one than others, so they are given two choices for branches; Research or Clergy. Research makes them researchers, engineers or scientists.

Citizenship
Artisans: ??? --- They are generally craftsman and engineers who get their profit from commissions either by citizens with money or by officials like Darths and Lords. They are more expensive than the merchants directly because they don't have a middle man and they do not base their prices on what they are making, but on what they need to make it.

Merchants: ??? --- A step down from Artisans, these dealers usually receive trinkets from soldiers, adventurers and artisans so they can sell them. The more rarity, the more profit it is to them unless it strikes their fancy, then it is a keeper.

Citizens: ??? --- The lowest of honored groups, yet the most flexible of them, a citizen can pick any job they want, though they are required to be trained before they would become either a Warrior or an Inquisitor. They can be workers for the merchants, secretaries for Lords and Darths. They can be slave managers, though would be unsavory to manage "dirt-groveling swines," but necessary.

Detained
Consort(s): ??? --- Normally, they are slaves or willing citizens who are sold to a Lord, Lady, Supreme Heirs, Darths or Royal Knights. It was considered eccentric for a member of the Citizenship, a warrior or an inquisitor to possess a consort while considered very rude to bring a consort into anyone's home other than their own, even for Lords, Ladies, and Supreme Heirs, but Darths are respected enough that the consorts are overlooked and ignored. The Supreme Consorts can acquire consorts, but only as personal slaves. The Hollow Empire do not believe in marriage and matrimonies, so "romance" are usually bought and if a consort was bought for free, then the dealer must be a lunatic to them as the only way to get a consort for free is to go either into the Soul Society or Earth to capture one and have them assimilated by an inquisitor of the Clergy.

Dishonored: ??? --- While enslavement is the punishment for a soldier (Warrior/Inquisitor) if they commit a severe crime, being dishonored is reserved for Lords, Heirs, Darths, and Supreme Consorts who commit a severe crime. It involves being stripped of position and cleansed of their abilities before being exiled and marked as the Enemy of the Empire, thus to be killed on sight after they are exiled. Though they can be redeemed, they have to survive before being pardoned by showing commitment and strength to the Supreme Emperor in his court. They are referred in singularity because there are no margins or adjustments for their former rank at all.

Slave(s): ??? --- They are either prisoners of war or convicts; they are all captured and forced to do most manual labors for the other branches. They can be members of other organizations and factions.

Organization-Based Ability: Reishijutsu (the Art of Spiritual Particles)
Reishijutsu is discovered by the First Supreme Emperor, Lord Malice as an ability to manipulate the spiritual particles (called Reishi) to conjure and perform awestriking feats such as firing a lightning bolt without needing to say anything, to move objects from a distance, and affect people in many ways due to the reishi going through their soul body and flesh. It took Lord Malice a century to master it and passed that knowledge down to his acolytes, who became the first Darths when they mastered this ability. There was no racial restriction, yet it is very rare to be taught to anyone who is outside the Hollow Empire. It can only be taught orally from masters to acolytes, so self-teaching is considered impossible even by Darths. Should such a person managed to attain it without oral teachings would most likely be taken in and assimilated to be a member of the Inquisitors or the Warriors of the Clergy by a Lord or the Sanctus Curator as they will take opportunity in such a rare specimen if they come to their attention.

I'm sorry, U, but I just don't see ANY reason for this organization. Not only do I have a problem with their 'shared ability' but we already have the Monsuta and the Espada opposing soul society. Having ANOTHER organization will only indicate that we'd likely slip into a large amount of organizations again, which I would like to avoid.

So I'm sorry, as I realize you put a lot of work into this, but this is DENIED.
